Together with partners Khuhla (Pty) Ltd is involved in a shopping center development in the part of Northern KwaZulu Natal. The project is expected to be complete in 2024. Khuhla is involved in facilitating the transaction between the Community Trust, the developers and retail agents. We have an interest in student accommodation, residential units and two section 12J projects in the tourism sector
Manufacturing
Khuhla seeks to be a key player in the manufacturing space over the next 5 years. Our interests includes a PVC manufacturing factory in Gauteng, a medical supplies factory based in Cape Town specializing in surgical gowns, drapes, packs, medical apparels, consumables and warming blankets. We also hold an interest in a pallet manufacturing business that suppliers specialized pallets for both local and export markets.

We have interests in the FTTH business that services Vodacom, MTN, Telkom and Vumatel.
We have interests in a company that provides services for tower infrastructure to mobile operators with a patented technology for worldwide markets.

Khuhla owns a medical supplies distribution company that specializes in the marketing, sales and distribution of medical supplies to hospitals.
