in him very early on in his days as a cadet pilot. He has an eye for detail and takes calculated
risks.
He has compelling communication skills honed in his 21 years of experience as a minister of a
multi-racial, multi-cultural and non-denominational church.
He has experience and a vast network that spans the continent and parts Europe and the USA.
Mlu Mhlungu is a serial entrepreneur with several startups under his belt in the Technology and
Media Industries. He has over 20 years of Business Management experience in the ICT,
Electronic Banking, Multimedia and Digital Broadcasting Industries. He has experience in
engaging, through consultative solution selling, with C-Level executives across all sectors.
Mlu commands a broad knowledge base in manufacturing of Consumer Electronics goods for
the broadcasting industry. His experience extends to the Medical industry having successfully
executed a 3-year contract with an established Medical surgical drapes Manufacturer in a Joint
Venture. His passion for all things technical was ignited when he worked in the Electronic
Banking sector at the beginning of his career.
Mlu has Diplomas in Banking, Project Management and Business Management. He is a member
of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA).
To explore a lifelong passion for all things musical and multimedia, Mlu has recently started a
company focusing on Music Production and Multimedia, which seeks to give a platform to
budding artists to record and distribute their music.
Mlu is well networked across Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and Europe.
Peter Griffiths brings considerable executive management experience to the
management team, having 6 years executive and 11 yeas senior operational leadership
in corporate and non-profit entities providing 2nd, 3rd and 4th Party Logistic supply
chain service solutions to the manufacturing industry.
Peter previous senior leadership work place experience includes 18 years at the Altron
Group as well as three years with a Zambia based digital education NGO where his skill
sets, that encompass financial, procurement, operations and contract sales assisted in
financial turnaround and operational service efficiencies.
Peter’s focus is on entity growth, financial and operational service delivery that fit to
strategic business objectives while empowering team members to develop their
abilities. Peter holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Unisa, an MBA from lhe
University of the Free State and has a deep passion for making a difference in all the
work he does.
